A world of bounce houses, arcade games, yummy snacks, and a kid's area!
First and for most this place sounded like a good idea to throw a party for my kid. We decided they had the best bang for the buck. Room, Pizza, and jumping for the kids.. I was wrong.
This place I not where you want to throw a part. No AC, No outside food, but yet they let other bring in their own. When we ordered ours it was cold. Hmm Management overall sucks Her name is Brittany as of JUNE 8, 14.
Overall i give them a 2 it has sooo much potential.
We used to go all the time and it was great. The last several times we have taken my kids (me or my mother) this place has went down hill in so many ways. The DO NOT here lately have enough people working (at one time they had ONE person there the whole time getting people checked in, making food, and running the ticket booth). Their food has been cold and flat out DISGUSTING not to mention the LONG WAIT for EVERYTHING because of the lack of employees. This was not just one occasion but MANY times. I used to recommend this place to people but I would never recommend anymore we DO NOT go there anymore and NEVER will again.
We bounced on in on a weekday a few weeks ago and LOVED Jump 'N Apes. There were only 2 staff members that were manning the arcade area, the front desk, and the cafe, so I had to wait awhile to get some cookies, but they were both friendly and apologized. They were also pretty interactive with the kiddos and made us feel at home. I thought my special needs kiddo would love the bounce houses (he usually does) but the sound of them all indoors scared him a little. My other 3 kiddos and myself, of coarse, jumped our brains out on over 8 different very large bounce houses with slides, obstacles, and stairs.
The arcade and cafe area was clean and accommodating with plenty of seating. The restrooms were clean as well. The toddler area was spacious and my special needs little guy loved pushing the shopping cart around in there.
Overall, it was quite a workout and we loved it!
