Held in the Village Green of Ivoryton, CT. The public is encouraged to get creative with their pumpkin carving. Registration takes place on the Ivoryton Green from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Pumpkins then will be displayed from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The Ivoryton Village Pumpkin Festival’s record is 300 pumpkins! Many activities are planned for the day: seed spitting contest, haunted woods, pie-eating contest, scary story hour, and live music.
