Pick the perfect pumpkin out of the pumpkin patch, try your luck in the hay bale maze and visit our new pumpkin family display. Favorite fall treats like cauldron-cooked corn on the cob, cotton candy, cider doughnuts and fresh baked pies.

Held in the Village Green of Ivoryton, CT. The public is encouraged to get creative with their pumpkin carving. Registration takes place on the Ivoryton Green from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Pumpkins then will be displayed from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The Ivoryton Village Pumpkin Festival’s record is 300 pumpkins!  Many activities are planned for the day: seed spitting contest, haunted woods, pie-eating contest, scary story hour, and live music.

There is an annual Apple Harvest festival in Southington, Ct every October over a 2 weekend period. There are contests, a parade, a road race, rides and of course Zions famous Apple fritters. There is a website for more info!!!
