Haven't been to Disneyland since I was a kid, and am going to take my 2 year old in a couple of days. He LOVES trains, and I thought it should be the first ride of his day. I'm looking at the map of Disney and cannot locate the train station. I don't want to be wandering around looking for it among the crowds on Friday. Can anyone tell me where it's located (ie. near a certain landmark?). Is it so obvious that I won't miss it?
Hi there! You should have a super fun time at Disneyland!
When you first come in the main entrance where you show your ticket, you will see the Mickey face created by flowers and just above that on top of the hill is the Main Street train station. To get there, follow the crowds through the tunnel either to the right or to the left and then turn back towards the entrance when you reach the first center circle of Main Street. There will be a large set of stairs to climb which will take you to the train station.
