Valentine's Day with or without kiddies?

Valentines Day is definitely more kid-centric than it was the 10 years before kids. We generally get the kids a small gift or candy and depending on the night try to head for dinner on our own if Gram is available. Otherwise for us as a couple it's like any other night.

We celebrate Valentines day with our daughter. In fact we celebrate everything with her. Since practicing attachment parenting we have yet to have anyone watch her. We always save time for "us" when she goes to bed.
