Adopting a "Flunk out" dog
I am trying to adopt a flunk out dog from NEADS. I submitted an application and they found a dog for us (she is perfect!!!) They do not provide much insight as to how the process goes. We were told that we will be contacted in 48 hours if not the dog is gone.
Can you re-apply?
how many people are attempting to adopt these dogs/ do we have a chance at getting one?
Are there any hidden fees (we were told it would cost us about $300)
A Has anyone had any experience with going through this process and has any helpful hints?
