How far in advance do we need to book?

This website ( http://www.germainesluau.com/reservations.htm ) links to a calendar that tells you which days are unavailable. Looks like it's wide open for the near future, but it never hurts to plan ahead.

I have been to Germaine's several times. The challenge is to book far enough out to accommodate their blackout nights into your schedule. While the website always has tickets open, the question is do they really?. If you live here (in Hawaii) you can do the couple days out and take your chance game. If you live off island and are planning on doing this while on vacation, I highly recommend you call and make your reservation before departing (at least 2 weeks in advance). I know the website will allow you to book tickets fairly far in advance (at least a month out). Also, if you are military, make sure to visit MWR to buy tickets.
