We were going to heading to Disneyland and trying to meet up with some family. Our flight gets into John Wayne at noon, so we won't get to the park until about 2pm. Do you know if our family can leave tickets at the gate for us to pick-up?
We had a similar situation recently and the Disney cast members at the gate who we asked said that there aren't any places to leave tickets for other folks. Disney's not too big, so it wasn't a big deal to take the train back to Main Street and hand off the tix. Have a great time at Disney!
I would try to talk to the people at Guest Relations. At most of the parks there's a window at the far side of the ticket booths to guest relations. The ticket people are the bottom of the totem pole in so far as employees. Guest relations is a bit higher up and the guest relation manager even higher. Disney is all about customer service, so if you give a good reason they should be able to help you out. You can also call them in advance to ask, but they may have a stock answer to tell you over the phone. If you're there in person and give a good plea the cast members are taught to try to never tell a guest "no."
