Why not try dinner at Chef Mickey's? It's like a big birthday party and a great start to a Disney vacation!
The luau at the Polynesian is a lot of fun for both adults and kids. They have anyone celebrating their birthday that month go up on stage too.
There are so many wonderful places to eat at Disney World so you'll have a great time no matter where you go. The Rainforest Cafe is fun for the kiddos as is the T-Rex restaurant (both are in the Disney Village). I've heard that the luau at the Polynesian resort is fantastic but it is pretty expensive. Have fun!
www.tourguidemike.com is best source for his service to navigate your way around the parks each day. It is a fee service, one time, but so worth the 20-some dollars to save headaches.
Hit the Hoop Dee Do revue for some knee slapping all around family fun. Register early to get a good seat and maybe be picked to be part of the show!!! The revue is located in Fort Wilderness so you would take a bus from your hotel.
