We grabbed a quick lunch at Tottie's while in Scottsdale and were very pleasantly surprised with the ambiance of the restaurant. We were seated at a large table near the patio doors and promptly served ice water and an Asian-inspired green salad. We ordered a large serving of fresh spring rolls which my daughter ate as her lunch (along with the salad). We noted the reasonable prices on the lunch meal menu, along with the huge variety of options; however, since we live nowhere near a Thai restaurant, we opted for some regular entrees to share. I had a Thai beef salad, my husband had Pad Se Ew, and we ordered a side of veggie fried rice. Everyone dug in and enjoyed the ENORMOUS portions.
The restaurant is not super ideal for a family with very young kids, however, as there did not appear to be high chairs available and the indoor tables were quite high (my short kids had to sit on their knees to reach the table). The outside tables appeared to be somewhat lower. Those unfamiliar with Thai/Vietnamese food might ask for assistance in making a kid-friendly meal choice.
Overall, it was a surprisingly beautiful restaurant with a wide variety of Asian entrees (predominantly Thai) served in large, delicious portions.
