The Cliff House Restaurant

Really?  I am the first person to review this?  I can't believe it.  

Well, you all need to get your kids to the Cliff House Bistro tonight.  It is casual, friendly, delicious, and the view is unbelievable. I had the short ribs braised in red wine, and had to fend my kids off with my butter knife.  Actually, I just asked for a table by myself and let the kids fend for themselves.  Food this good should not be shared.  

Skip the Sutro Room with kids.  It has kind of a cold stuffy atmosphere that one associates with business dinners and in-laws.  

Plan to eat early on weekends, or put your name on the waiting list and stroll outside to watch the surfers at Ocean Beach.
