"Better Burgers"

A relatively new restaurant on Lower Church Street in downtown Burlington, Sky Burgers has made itself right at home. My first meal here was shared with some girlfriends but I will be back very soon with my kids. This menu couldn't be more family friendly!

As a non-red meat eater, I choose the Thai Black Bean burger - outstanding. But I had many options. There were at least 2 fish and 2 chicken burgers  and several salads on the menu. I also liked that you didn't just have to have french fries, I choose some tasty sweet potato fries instead. It isn't all just about the burgers here, the "add-ons" are in a class by themselves.  Really, when is the last time you saw "velveeta" as an extra for a topping? They have some pretty unique ways to customize your burger to get it just right for even your pickiest eater.

There is a pretty big kids menu and the milkshakes are divine (hello - they are topped with homemade cotton candy!) This is sure to become a downtown staple lunch/dinner place for us.
