"Greatest Smorgasboard in PA"
Our family of four traveled from New Jersey to the Shady Maple, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We had been to buffets before, but this was the most amazing smorgasboard we had ever seen and tasted. Needless to say, we traveled there many times again afterwards! I would recommend this to families, especially if you have children.

"Family Favorite!"
My family loves going to the Shady Maple Smorgasboard! Not only is there more good food then you can possibly eat and friendly staff but the building itself is beautiful! They have rooms that you can rent for banquets and the main area for seating is massive! They showcase 3D wood carving pictures on the wall and beautiful decorations, but my favorite is of course the food! So much food! They usually have a different specialty each night so you may want to check it out first but there is plenty more choices available. The gratuity is included in the ticket price so there is no need to leave a tip at the table. And when you're done, there is a HUGE gift shop downstairs. However, if you plan on going around a holiday you may want to call ahead, we went New Years Eve and the line was to the front doors! But the food's worth it!

"Shady Maple SMorgasboard"
This is an all you can eat restaraunt and gift shop. Very reasonable and serve great country foods, buffet style its the largest buffet I have ever been to...kids can help them selves to ice cream, slushies, cake pies, corn fritter, too much to list, adults are 10.00 per person for luch and tips are included in the final bill, no tipping, gift shop is over 15000 square feet, you must check it out!
