Pizza and Arcade. Offers birthday party packages.
We reserved a party at this pizza/arcade for my niece’s 3rd birthday. The kids at her party ranged in age from 1 to 9-years-old and everyone had a great time. The food was perfect for a party. There was plenty of entertainment. And best of all, there was no prep or clean-up for us to take care of.
Menu/Food-The party package included 2 one-topping pizzas (Birthday girl also got to make her own personal pizza) and drinks for all party guests. The pizzas were perfect for kids; lots of cheese, not too much sauce, simple crust. They were simple but still tasted great. There is a decent variety of soft drinks, including traditional Coca-Cola products, vitamin water, powerade, and more. As part of the party package, each guest received a dish of soft-serve vanilla ice cream. I thought it was pretty plain and watery but the kids still enjoyed it. There are additional menu options we didn’t try this time including wings, salads, and desserts.
Arcade-There is a great variety of games here. My one-year-old rode the little carousel non-stop the whole time we were there. The three-year-olds found some easy kid games like “whack-a-mole.” The school-aged kids tried to earn as many prize tickets as they could by playing different games of luck and skill. I liked the claw machine full of spikey balls that could actually be won (we took home 4). Most of the games cost 2 tokens, although there are a few that are only one. The prize counter has a good selection of toys and candies for prizes. I appreciated that all the prizes in the glass counter were 100 tickets or less. The prizes worth more tickets were back on the wall. There is also a playground with tubes and a slide. I love when arcades give you something to do when the tokens are all spent.
Service-We received excellent service, especially from our party host. She would come find us in the arcade to ask us questions or tell us when food was ready. She was very sweet to help our shy birthday girl make her personal pizza. Drinks are self-serve but our party host came by and offered to refill them for us a couple times. The other staff was very attentive as well. I noticed a family having trouble with a game and an attendant quickly came and fixed their problem. The staff at the prize counter was patient and helpful. They even set out all the 5-ticket prize options for my 5-year-old so he could have an easier time choosing.
Birthday Party-The VIP Party package for 8 kids gets you 2 large one-topping pizzas and a personal pizza that the birthday child gets to make, 8 soft-drinks, 40 tokens/guest plus an additional 20 for the birthday child. Our birthday girl also got a shirt for her friends to sign. The tables were set up with party plates, napkins, cups, and personalized balloons before we arrived. I informed the staff that we were there for the party and soon our host was talking to us about how we wanted the party to go. We brought our own cupcakes and our host happily found us a lighter to light our candles. They made a special announcement to say Happy Birthday to our birthday girl. All the staff joined in and it really made her feel special. When we were finishing up, our host brought out boxes and packed our leftover pizza for us. She reminded us not to worry about cleaning up because they would take care of it.
Bottomline-Peter Piper Pizza is a great place to host a birthday party. I was able to relax and enjoy the fun and food with the kids. I would also recommend coming here for a family fun night out. The food is family-friendly and there are games that everyone will enjoy.
Disclosure: I was given a VIP Party package for the purpose of review but the opinions expressed here are entirely my own.
