We ate at Penguin Ed's with our in-laws and three year old son. There is a patio but it was rainy so we ate inside. We were seated immediately at lunch time and were offered a kids menu with crayons upon being seated. You order your food from a telephone at your table/booth which was wonderful entertainment for a three year old who doesn't know what an old telephone is! The only thing that is difficult was they had bbq (chicken or pulled pork) sandwiches for kids or grilled cheese or a sausage. Not a ton of options, but the choices themselves are good sized.
