"50s throwback that kids love"

So aside from the fact that you can get a generously sized burger, fries and shake and feel like you're in a 50s diner, kids love it. Why? Well because of the game room. It's off the main dining areas, but if they want to play skee ball, air hockey, arcade games, and more, they can. And there are prizes to win too.

The servers are super animated, performing dance routines every so often and if it's your birthday, you are treated to a dramatic performance. The decor is funky with lots to look at. Someone I know said that it's one of the only places she can take her whole family as one son is autistic and prone to outbursts. There's so much ambiant noise that no one is the wiser if your kids squeal or whatever.

I think if you were visiting San Diego and your kids were tired of going to "your" restaurants, this would be a great compromise.

Parents can have a cocktail or glass of wine too. I had a bloody mary that was quite good. :)

"This place is soo cool"

Corvette is fun for kids and adults. We love going and requesting songs while we wait for our food. We love that the waiters mess with you on your birthday. The chicken dance is fun to get up and do and watch people young and old dance along with you
My sons love this place because it doesnt matter how  old your child is and how loud, because everyone is always screaming, singing and yelling. Great for families with little kids cause you dont have to worry about them bugging other families

"The old one was better"

The old location in Hillcrest was FAR superior to the new one in Point Loma. The new location is smaller, the food has gone down the drain, and they seem to be understaffed. The game room is mediocre with like prizes. They no longer throw straws or bubble gum at you (that was the best part!) and I truly miss the drag queen waitresses dressed up like Flo from Alice.

"Good food Good laughs!"

This is a fun place to dine with your kids! They have cars coming out of the walls and the staff is dressed retro with an attitude. It feels like you have stepped into the movie Grease and the walls are about to drop off and Franky Avelon is gonna start singing Beauty School Drop out!

The last time we went there we have straws thrown at us (all in good fun). This place will keep you on your toes and your family in stiches! Plus this is a Cohn bros. restuarant which you can never go wrong with their food...YUM!

" Your. Kids. Will. Love. It. Here!"

Milk shakes galore, doo-wop music, dancing and singing waitstaff, tasty burgers and fries...what more could a kid want? Looking for a quiet romantic night? Go somewhere else! This place is all about kids! The decor and music is strictly retro - from the 50s to the 70s. After dinner, head over to the game room for some air hockey, ski ball, and video games.

"Fun Family Friendly Restaurant"

When you mixed fun, friendly and funky together you get Corvette Diner. It's a great place for family dining out.

The place is loud and blast with fun music with car theme. So there is no worried about crying kids. And if your kids can't sit still to wait for the food, you can take them to the game area for a fun arcade games.

Make sure to come back when the staffs start the dance. It's one of the kind and don't forget to try the Milk Shake.. You can have it anyway you like.. If they don't have it in the menu, you can create your own version!
