Two-for-One Entrees available every Friday throughout the ski season. Local jazz musician Remmel Wilson plays saxophone and clarinet at the Cedar House Pub throughout the winter season.
Cedar House Pub is romantic and kid friendly. Not many restaurants can seamlessly pull those two qualities together, yet Cedar House Pub nailed it. Bravo! An absolute dining gem! Cedar House Pub was just what my family needed after spending an afternoon sliding down plastic saucers at Granlibakken’s Sledding Hill.
Located in the Main Lodge, Cedar House Pub is a great place for the whole family to relax and mull over the day's events with great food, tasty drinks, and live entertainment. Children receive kids menus, crayons, coloring sheets, and a laid back atmosphere in which they can be themselves.
I ordered the Chicken Schnitzel and it was exceptional! I devoured it like it was my job! My entrée came plated with a side of potato pancakes which were very yummy, and I don’t even like potatoes! My kids both ordered chicken fingers and fries and I heard no complaints from the peanut gallery.
Our server was exceptionally nice; she even offered us some tips on how to get free ski lessons from Sugarbowl! Granlibakken Resort is a family’s BFF. I can’t recommend it enough.
The Cedar House Pub is open for the ski season and is located in the Main Lodge. To inquire about when they will reopen for the 2012/2013 ski season you can call reservations at 530-583-4242.
Cedar House Pub provided my family with a complimentary meal for this review. They did not request that I express any particular point of view and my reviews always reflect my honest opinions.
