Prickly pear margaritas and table-side guacamole making are two of the things Boudro's is known for. I know it as the restaurant that I ate the most delicious salmon I have ever had. The sauce on the rice and salmon combined with the taste of the fish to make a delectable fare. The guacamole was incredibly fresh and had a surprising sweetness with the twist of orange juice. A delicious place to enjoy dinner on the Riverwalk!
