I went to the discovery place back in the day on a fieldtrip when I was in middle school and had a really good time. They have lots of activities for kids and tons of exhibits. You could stay there all day and still find plenty of things to do. Well worth a trip to charlotte, I would recommend going and taking the family. They have lots of nice kids activities, I recently took the whoe family and we has a blast. Parking is terrible but it is in any city.

I have been to carowinds a few times an enjoyed going every time. They have lots of rides and a waterpark also. They have different resturaunts and games to play too. Its fun for the whole family and the cost is reasonable. Order tickets online a couple days in advance to save money.

We love going to the zoo, there are tons of animals to check out!! It takes a few hours to navagate through the whole zoo and it is a lot of walking, you must be fit and able to walk alot here. They have updated alot of exhibits and you get to see the animals from a good distance. Fun for the whole family.

I wouldn't go back to another believe it or not if it was free. I have seen the show and read the books and loved it, but the attraction is a waste of time and money. Everything is cheesy and cramped together. its hard to read anything with herds of people all around. Its a waste of money, take my word for it.

We love going to the dixie stampede. Not only is the show fun and entertaining but the food is really good too. They give you a wonderful cup of soap and then some chicken...followed by an awesome turnover. The tea is good too. I would recommend going to the dixie stampede. Its fun for the whole family and a nice meal out.
