The Varsity
61 North Avenue Northwest,
Atlanta,
Georgia 30308
"What'll ya have?"
This is a must stop everytime we go to Atlanta. My husband just loves this place. The lines are long, the food is okay, but the atomsphere is awesome!!! It is always soooo busy. I will say that we stayed in Kennesaw last time we went to Atlanta and found a Varsity near the mall and tried it...just as good but no huge lines. The one downtown you have to try once for the experience but after that....just go to another of their locations.

The World of Coca-Cola | kids travel, kids activities
The World of Coca-Cola
121 Baker Street NW,
Atlanta,
Georgia
"AWESOME!!!"
This place is so much fun from the time you walk in to the time you leave. You walk in and start your tour with a movie on how coke travels through the machines, it is SUPER cute!!! You then are on your own and can explore the different areas. There is the musuem part that will walk you through all the Coke products from the past. The art museum is amazing, I would love to have some of that art work in my house. The 4-D movie is fun. Then there is the taste shop....what an amazing experience. some are good and well, some I don't see how people like them. You finish off the World of Coke with a free Coke bottle and then you can browse the enormous gift shop. It is a great place to go. We love it.

St. Louis Gateway Arch | kids travel, kids activities
St. Louis Gateway Arch
100 Washington Avenue,
Saint Louis,
Missouri
"A St. Louis Must"
The St. Louis is Arch is in all the history books as the Gateway to the West. This attraction is a must. It might be the same everytime you go but everytime I seem to learn something different. The museum itself is free but you have to pay to go up to the top and to some of the different shows. The ride up to the top is different and if you are someone who doens't like tight spaces, well....just trust me, it's worth it!!! Close your eyes and you will be at the top in no time. The views at the top are awesome. My daughter loves how the cars look like matchbox cars. It is a beautiful place.

"Kids can get bored easily"
This is an attraction for older kids. The younger kids think it is awesome, until they have seen all the different views...then they are ready to leave. for the adults and older kids, there are so many photographic pictures to take up there. You can see for miles and it is a great place to see all of Chicago in 30 minutes. For the amount of time you are there I think the pricing is a bit high but its something you don't do everyday and that makes it worth it. I haven't been there since they put in the glass floor but I hear that is incredible.

"Great Family day"
This is a great way to spend your day. Even if you are not the biggest baseball fan, this is an experience to do. The stadium is very nice. It even has places for the kids to throw a baseball like the pitchers do and some other kid activities. The food is great, classic baseball game favorites...hot dogs, pretzels, peanuts, soda...just can't go wrong.
