"For the Disney enthusiasts!"
My kids have probably seen every Disney movie there is so we HAD to go to the Magic Kingdom to meet them all. Both of them loved meeting and taking pictures with all of the different characters, from Cinderella, the Little Mermaid, Pooh, and so many others! We had a ball on the teacup ride and really enjoyed walking around the park. Great place for kids (no shock it's Disney!) and even for adults. The rides were fun as well.

Utz Factory Tour | kids travel, kids activities
Utz Factory Tour

"Watch your food being made!"
The Utz Factory Tour is a neat place to spend a little time if you ever end up in or passing through Hanover, PA. You can go inside and take a free tour of the life of a potato chip! From the potato truck to the chips in your Utz bag. I love that the tour is free and that in the end you get to take a free bag of chips home. Not the healthiest tour but the kids were fascinated by how a big potato becomes a small thin crispy chip.

"Zoo away from home"
My kids are suckers for animals so its not surprise that they LOVED this park. The safari definitely made it worthwhile. We got to see the lions, elephants, and giraffes up close which they were amazed by. They loved the little story behind the safari. NOT a ride to go on if you hate bumps cause wow it was one heck of a ride!

Overall the park is full of neat animals from all different parts of the world. We took some great pictures and saw animals we never knew existed. The monkeys were the best!

"Better for adults/older kids"
We of course had to visit each Disney park when we went to Florida and we decided to spend the day at EPCOT. It's very different from the rest of the parks as it is mainly one big park to walk around in and experience/enjoy other cultures. I think EPCOT is best suited for older kids and adults, though my kids loved the fireworks that were put on at night but in the end the park wasn't one of their favorites. We did get to purchase some food from other countries which was very cool!

Dutch Wonderland | kids travel, kids activities
Dutch Wonderland
2249 US 30 East,
Lancaster,
Pennsylvania
"Perfect for the younger crowd"
We usually go to Dutch Wonderland when we want something a little different from the Hershey Park norm. Dutch Wonderland is PERFECT and i mean perfect for little ones. Most of the rides are geared towards them so there aren't any upsets when your kid isn't tall enough to ride a certain one. We always have fun at this amusement park. It's quaint and something different from Sixflags and other amusement parks.
