Green Bluff
Green Bluff,
Colbert,
Washington
Our favorite time to go here is in the fall. We love taking our kids and doing the corn maze, picking out a pumpkin, and trying all the delicious treats! Lots to do and see for the little ones and it's great because they can run and be free. We always leave with fresh apples too!

Rainbow Kayak Tours

"Very fun, not really for young kids"
This was a lot of fun. We started out with a guided kayak trip up a river, then we beached the kayaks and went for a short hike up to Secret Falls. It was so beautiful and we never would have know about them without having done this! The guide was very knowledgeable about the island's history as well.
I wouldn't take my kids on this one because of the kayaking and the hike unless they were a little older. But kids as young as 7 could probably do the kayaking, it wasn't too labor intensive and the hike was really easy.

POIPU KAI RESORT
1941 A Poipu Road,
Koloa, Hawaii
This was an excellent resort. It's just a short walk to Poipu Beach and our room was excellent. Clean and airy, beautifully decorated. It had a kitchen in it too, which was great. We just went to the store on our first day and got some groceries so we could stay in if we wanted. That way you don't have to go spend a ton of money on taking the family out to dinner. The pool was nice as well. Our suite was a really good price and had tons of room for the whole family!

Blue Dolphin Charters
P.O. Box 869,
Eleele,
Hawaii 96705
This was by far the activity we liked the most on our trip to Kauai. We did the Na Pali tour on the catamaran with the breakfast and lunch. It was absolutely gorgeous and the amount of sealife we saw was incredible. We even saw a species of whale! It was so fun having the dolphins swim along with the boat and stopping to snorkel was perfect. Well worth the money! Other than snorkeling, there weren't any scheduled activities on the boat for kids, but there was a railing around the whole thing and a lower deck that you could take younger kids to to get out of the wind. It had windows all around though so you could still see the beautiful views!

Germaine’s “Too Good to Miss” Luau
91-119 Olai Street,
Kapolei,
Hawaii 96707
This is a really fun and interactive luau. The food is delicious and there's some really great photo ops next to the beach at sunset. The entertainment is great and the dancers are awesome. There's fresh pineapple waiting for you at your table so you don't even have to wait to start eating! During the show, they have all the kids (and adults, if you want) go up on the stage and they are taught a dance. The tables are also low to the ground (you actually sit on the ground at the ones near the stage) so you don't have to worry about young kids falling out of chairs. The luau site is on the beach so if kids get bored (which they won't!) you could take them on a walk and still be able to see everything that's going on.
