I'm a father

I am a dad of a 4 year old girl and 7 year old boy. My favorite thing in the world is to wrestle with them before bed. Being a single dad can mean that traveling with the kids is pretty challenging, but we try to just do short trips. Nonetheless, we have a fantastic time building memories together.

Hi Shawn, Thank you.
I am glad to be of help.
Well the few things that I can add from our experience in the park are: first, it is spacious and you will need your running shoes :) to run around your kids, second, the park is close to the main tourist attractions so you can stop and grab something to eat or even enjoy the scent of the sea.
There is one other thing if you are up to it and it is visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium. To me it was not an option because, both attractions are fun and I like to spend some time on each one separately.

Thank you so much for your comment, and compliment! I have a TON of funny stories about being a Mom to this little small wonder and the Aunt to the other "wonder!" We will be leaving a week from yesterday for, yet again, another trip down south. I'm still begging them to let me spend a TON of money on swimming with the dolphins...neither of them are buying it. I never thought I'd have to beg two little girls to let me spend more money and have them not let me!
I have a ton of tips for going to Disney in general that I can post when my head gets screwed back on straight. Busy making a list of what to pack and not to pack right now. Then, I actually have to do it! ;-)
