Goblin Valley State Park
PO Box 637,
Green River,
Utah 84525
This remote park is a fun place for kids to roam free! The rock formations are "cool" to kids and breath-taking for adults. My son really enjoyed climbing the rock formations (we tested them to make sure they were safe). Because there is so much open space, you'll want to make sure your child is old enough to know to stay within your sight or stay right by them. Some are even brave enough to camp there, although I'm not sure I'd recommend it with a 2 year old (it's pretty remote, as previously mentioned).

Treehouse Museum
347 22nd St.,
Ogden,

Oh my gosh! The Treehouse Museum is a MUST if you are in the area! There is so much to do there! My 2 year old didn't know what to do with himself, he was so overwhelmed with excitement! And it's definitely parent approved as well! This is a great way to integrate learning with playing. Your child can walk around to each "station" to meet each character in costume and learn!

Navy Pier
600 East Grand Ave.,
Chicago,
Illinois 60611
Honestly, the Navy Pier is probably one of my favorite places to visit. There's beautiful artwork to be seen, boat rides to be taken, wonderful food to be eaten and amazing music to be heard. There just really is no end to the entertainment at the Navy Pier. It's one of those places that you could never get sick of.

Millennium Park

Chicago,

This is such a beautiful park with such wonderful trails and scenery. I'll never forget all the beautiful flowers that were planted there! I just can't even begin to express how beautiful this park was. That being said, there was also a homeless man sleeping on the bench. Everywhere you go in big cities with children, you must always be aware!

National Baseball Hall of Fame
25 Main Street,
Cooperstown,
New York 13326
I'd recommend that you only visit if you're a pretty big baseball fan. I don't like to watch baseball, don't like to listen to it, I don't even really like to hear about it. My boyfriend and his dad drug me there and I was completely miserable. There's quite a bit of the entire town of Cooperstown that is dedicated to baseball and I found it all very nauseating.
