"Don't Miss This!"
The Utah Opera features the Utah Symphony & offers a variety of wonderful shows! It is definitely a special treat worth going to. Wear your Sunday Best! A little known fact is that you can take younger children & students to the dress rehearsals the day or two before the actual performances. Tickets are steeply discounted & it lets kids, families & students enjoy an event for an affordable prices that is often reserved for adults only! My girls loved it & we can't wait to go back!

"5 Stars for my Alma Mater"
Of course I love visiting BYU. It brings back a lot of great memories, but it is also a great place for kids to learn & visit. They have a variety of museums & hands-on exhibits to explore, plus some traveling exhibits that are always worth checking out. There are great sporting events to watch, and a bookstore for purchasing your favorite memorabilia, but no trip is complete without a stop by at least the candy counter for a treat & for sure the creamery for ice cream. You haven't had ice cream until you've tried some from the BYU creamery. While you're on campus, make sure you find yourself a mint brownie. You'll be back again!

"Superb!"
I have had the honor of attending the Utah Symphony several times, as well as enjoyed them during the Utah Opera. They are superb & offer a fun variety of music that appeals to even the youngest of listeners, with a hint of humor every so often. I recommend taking kids to expose them to the beauty of music. My daughter decided she wanted to learn to play the violin & this was a great introduction to a beautiful instrument. Of course, I'm partial to cellos! :)

"Super fun!"
So my family goes to Disneyland every other year & had never been to Lagoon until last Summer. I have to say while nowhere really compares with Disneyland, Lagoon does offer a lot of family fun & so much closer to home. We spent the day there compliments of my husband's work. I don't recommend having them cater your lunch as that was definitely lacking, but the entertainment was great! My kids had a blast riding all the rides. Unfortunately, the lines were probably longer than anything we encountered at Disneyland (off peak), but it was still fun. One of our favorites was the train ride. The animals are amazing & so fun to look at. My kids favorite!

"Decent Food "
My husband and I ate here for our anniversary a couple years ago in Park City. The food was fine, just what you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant. The chips & salsa were especially fresh. We waited quite a while for service, though. Must have been a slow night, but all in all, we enjoyed our time there & the food.
