Parti Palooza is basically an indoor bouncy house place in Livermore. It is great for rainy days and too hot days. I was just about thinking my oldest was growing out of it, but then they recently added a second room with kid sized bowling and a rock climbing wall!! A few arcade games, but not enough to give you a headache. They also have a karaoke room with kids songs and dress up stuff. Bring a book, because you won't see your kids for two hours!!!

A few things I like:
*They do multi age play times. At Pump It Up, my kids can never go play at the same time because they do it by age.
*They do drop off evenings where you and your partner can go to a movie or go out to dinner and know that your kids are having a great time!
*You can pay for just the bouncy houses or for both rooms, depending on your kids

Try it - you'll love it!!

This is not my favorite place to go with the kids, although they love it a lot. They like all the arcade games, blinking lights, etc. a la Chuck E. Cheese.

I always leave with a headache! Too much stimulation. Plus, every time we go there it seems like a lot of the games are broken and they seem to always be the ones my kids wanted to play - therefore whining ensues, etc.

If it's too hot and you need someplace indoors to go - I'd rather go to Parti Palooza in Livermore, Pump it Up in Pleasanton or Silliman Aquatic Center in Union City.

This place is just fantastic. Having said that though, we came twice before we actually went the third time. First two time the lines to get in were ridiculously long!! Third time we planned it and bought tickets online so we didn't have to wait in the lines that were waiting to pay. Also, we went on a weekday during the school year the third time. I'm sure it will diminish as time goes on, but for now it is crazy to get into!!

As a parent, I thought the best thing about this place was the cafe. Usually I expect to eat gross food at kids type places like this. I had a spinach and pumpkin stew in the fabulous cafe that was awesome. I was so impressed!!

The place is great, with all kinds of animals to see and maybe even a butterfly will land on you!!

A beautiful place to go with your family -- to save your kids from "nature-deficit disorder!!" Even the kids will be awed by these trees and there are plenty of walking trails to choose from for hikes and family walks. Usually a snack bar, but I'd bring your own water!

We stayed at the Squaw Valley inn, which is great, you don't have to drive the whole time you are there!!

The kids did lessons with Squaw Kids and they really liked it. My husband and I are medium level skiiers and found plenty of runs to have fun on while the kids were in lessons.
