This is an interesting place to visit and there is lots to see. Although, I would not recommend this for young or small children as they will most likely get bored. You can spend as long as you like as the ferries are coming and going all the time. They give you headsets for the tour and it gives you lots of information. It's a really neat place to visit for adults and older children.

We decided to rent a bike and bike the golden gate bridge and it turned into the perfect afternoon! The views were amazing and it was very interesting to see the structure. It can get a little breezy so you might want to make sure you have a sweatshirt or a light jacket. Visiting the Golden Gate Bridge is a must do if you are visiting San Francisco!

After walking around all day it was nice to take the cable car ride! It's nice because you have views from every direction. Plus it's just plain fun! I think everyone of all ages could enjoy a ride on the cable cars just because it's so different from what we are used to. It's a must do if you visit San Francisco!

Who doesn't love icecream?! The whole family can find something that they enjoy at Ghirardelli even if it means a cone, a banana split, or a cup of coffee. After spending the after walking the waterfront it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. If you're lucky they will also be handing out free samples of their wonderful chocolate!

This is a great place for the whole family! Children and adults eyes light up when they see all the amazing animals. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it! The shows are awesome and you don't want to leave.

We went in October and it was still very hot and we needed sunscreen (which we didn't bring so we ended up buying some and it costs a small fortune). We had an awesome day and someday we would like to go back!
