Niagara Falls State Park

"Perfect, Perfect, Perfect...."
Oh what to say about Niagara Falls ?!? Its the best place to go on vacation. Words cannot describe the amazing view you get to see. And definitely do try the attractions."Maid Of The Mist" is the best. Any age can go on it from both American and Canadian side, but experience tells me lines are shorter on Canadian side. On American side it took us 4 hours !! Also the Canadian side is better as it has all the cool museums and rides and other attractions. The Skylon Tower is amazing and the ride up is in clear elevator so you can see as you are going up. Then the view from atop is great and you are outdoors. Also go to the "Gorge" where they have a wired cable car that you can ride from one side to the other, then back. And underneath you are the big whirlpools. Its kind of scary cause you are at great height but fun. And The kids will surely enjoy "Clifton Hill" on Canadian Side which has lot of activities and shops. Oh, and if you want to buy souvenirs from Canadian side I would suggest driving to "Lundys Lane" about 5 minutes from falls, and going to the dollar stores as the shpops near the falls are ridiculously expensive and the dollar stores there have some pretty nice stuff !!

"Great Beach ! And Mini Theme Park"
OK, so this beach is located in Brooklyn and is amazing. The Waves are not that harsh and strong, so it is not bad for children. Also within walking distance is a newly designed mini theme park that has a couple of rides that you can take. Of course you have to pay for them, but the beach is free. I would suggest taking the train down there because finding parking is hard. So pack a nice lunch basket and take the family and head on down.

The Magic Kingdom - Disney

"Great Amusement Park for little ones."
I'd have to say this is the best theme park for the little kids that are too young for extreme rides. Upon entering is a great big castle which puts on a singing show throughout the day with all the Disney princess' and princes. The rest of the rides are also slow and designed for little children. Lines however are long, as in any theme park, so I don't agree with getting the One Day Hopper Pass because trust me, you need to spend full day to enjoy.

Bronx Zoo
2300 Southern Boulevard,
Bronx,
New York
I go every year with my cousins. It really is a great zoo, has lots to do including a great Gorilla Exhibit and Butterfly House, where the butterflies are all around. Everyone would love it regardless of age. There is actually Free Wednesdays where general admission is free but you can donate any amount of your choice. Just make sure to wear comfortable sneakers or shoes because there is quite a bit of walking involved.
