We were all so impressed with how open everthing was and how the animals have so much space to move around. All the animals seemed to be so happy and were not in cages which we all loved. The zoo was so clean and so natural. We will go back again next year on our way up north.

What a wonderful trip to take with your family. We had so much fun. There is so much to see and so much to do. The kids found so many things on our hikes and took so many pictures. We gave them their own cameras to take with us and boy did they fill them up. The wild life is just amazing. We will go back when our new babies are old enough to enjoy the outer banks as much as we did.

My kids were learning about George Washington aso we decided to take them to Washington's crossing. The movie was cool and they had neat things and lots of informatin in the gift shop. The old houses were so cool. The kids were amazed that there was no tv or electricity in those times. The river was also not a wide as they expected it to be.

My kids are 7girl and 10 boy. Both of my kids had a wonderful time here. There was so much to look at and so many questions to ask. Both of my kids took this trip as a learning experience and both learned so much. The staff was great and helpful. We will go back next year when we pass through.

We love to take our children here in the spring. All the flowers are in bloom and it is so full of life. If you look onlie before you plan your trip they sometimes have special things going on so you can plan your trip. It is worth spending the money to take the children. Great photo opps and so many pretty flowers and butterflies.
