Powder Mountain | kids travel, kids activities
Powder Mountain
8000 N 5100 E,
Eden,
Utah 84310
"Family Resort Reasonably priced"
Although skiing has become a rich mans sport Powder Mountain still makes it available for all of the rest of us to ski. You can't beat being able to night ski for only 15 dollars. The main drawback of Powder Mountain is the location, we may be spoiled with the amount of ski resorts in Utah and you know this is a great resort when the only complaint is the distance to it.

Alta Lodge
10230 E. State Hwy. 210,
Sandy, Utah
"Pricey but great location"
If you are planning on taking a ski vacation to Utah and only plan on going to one resort of course Alta would have to be that resort. If you will be staying at Alta, you can't beat the Alta lodge. It is a lodge right on the mountain and you will have to pay a premium for it but you will not be disappointed. Ski right out of you room and immediately hit the mountain for some great skiing. After you are done with a long day of skiing relax with some hot chocolate sooth your muscles in one of the hot tubs or turn up the heat in the sauna. finish your evening with five star dinning in the restaurant in the lodge. Happy skiing.

Alta Ski Resort
10000 East Little Cottonwood Rd,
P.O. Box 8007,
Alta,
Utah 84092
"Skiers Only"
Alta's famous saying "Alta is for skiers" which means no snow boarders allowed. Sorry to all of you who snowboard you will miss out on the greatest resort in Utah which has the greatest snow on earth. There is runs for all difficulty levels from green circles to double black diamond runs. You can enjoy the deep powder or race your friends on the laser times race hill. There is enough mountain that you will never get tired of this resort. If the clean air, beautiful views, awesome terrain wasn't enough to get you hooked on this resort just remember Alta is for skiers you won't ever have to worry about a snowboard strapping in on the landing of a ski lift.

Salt Lake City International Airport | kids travel, kids activities
Salt Lake City International Airport
776 North Terminal Drive,
Salt Lake City,
Utah 84116
"Free Wi-fi"
The Salt Lake Airport has FREE wi-fi which most airports dont give you. It is clean. The security does a great job and tries to keep things moving. They have many different restaurants and gift shops to choose from while you wait. It is a good size airport so there are many different flights going in and out. Great customer service. They are willing and ready to take care of you.
