Our Favorite Vacation Spot
Key West, FL.
Favorite Vacation Memory
Panama/Costa Rica (but Panama more than Costa Rica) for its unspoiled beaches (can you say Paradise?), friendly people and low cost of everything (a 5 course meal for 4 in a 5 star restaurant for $100! holy cow!)
Worst Travel Moment With My Kids:
Meltdown at Sesame Place with some uncouth family and their horribly behaved children.

"When Disney Does Something...They Do It BIG!"
Animal Kindom. Perhaps one of my favorites in Disney. Loved everything, but my favorite was the Expedition Everest Ride. There's a Yeti in there!!! You feel like you're in the Himalayas, and have made it from Base Camp to the Peak! Check out the photos ---unbelievably realistic and fun experience.

"Yankee Fan's Heaven"
We got an up-close and personal tour, everything from the stadium, to the press room, to the lockers. Plus we've watched a tons of games there. Here are some photos. Your kids will love it (even if they are not baseball pro's)
The neighborhood is kinda seedy though. Watch your wallet!

"Took the family to see Walking With Dinosaurs"
Loved the show. MSG is a great experience ---very conveniently located.

We saw Walking With Dinsaurs (and tons of NY Rangers hockey games, Knicks games, and lots of concerts ---among them the Jonas Brothers concert in August of '08).

We sat in the luxury suite which has its private bath and is fully catered. The shows we saw were awesome. Great venue! If you are NOT in the luxury box, make sure you take the little ones to the bathroom before you get to your seat.

"Definitely a great museum for children. "
I love everything about this museum. It's like a massive play room for your children. All in a very safe environment. The life-size chess set is a favorite. The fire engine will enchant little boys (and little girls too. The massive play kitchen, the 'day care' for dolls. All too precious. Very accessible and reasonably priced.

"We LOVE Disney!"
Okay, so WHO does not love Mickey Mouse? And if you have little girls who does not love the princesses?

The girls loved Magic Kingdom, because as we all know Cinderella's Castle is there.

First and foremost, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Boutique is divine. We spent WAY too much money there, but what the heck ---anything for my little princesses.

I definitely recommend the Breakfast with the Princesses (morning is better, the Princesses are freshly made up and your little darlings are not tired, cranky, or sweaty) The food was quite good, anything you want to eat ---totally delicious!

And then...here come the princesses. On this particular date we spent time with: Alice (from Wonderland), Snow White, Jasmin, Aurora, Belle, and of course Cinderella. They were all nice, but Cinderella (who was the one that looked least like her character by the way) was a tad cold. All the other princesses were marvelous and super friendly, especially Snow White and Belle.

There was this new show Cinderellabration. Outdoors, see the photos. Really beautiful! The parade with the characters was also memorable and absolutely gorgeous. A magical time we will remember forever!
