Zuma Fun Center
400 N Peters Road,
Knoxville,
Tennessee 37922
Zuma Fun Center is great for older kids as it offers go carts, putt putt, batting cages, and many electronic games inside. There are some activities for younger kids, however I definitely recommend this for children 7 and older. Be prepared to spend money though, Zuma can get very expensive, particularly if your child plays the games inside for tickets.

The City Museum
701 N 15th Street,
Saint Louis,
Missouri 63101
The City Museum is one of the most unique "museums" I have every seen. This is a hands-on, climb-on museum that is fun for all ages. There are both indoor and outdoor activities. There is not an easy way to describe this museum, other than saying its the coolest place my family has ever been. Inside there are tunnels to crawl in and more areas to explore than you could ever get to in one day. I highly recommend this museum if you are visiting the St. Louis area!

St. Louis Gateway Arch
100 Washington Avenue,
Saint Louis,
Missouri
The St. Louis Arch is a landmark that is well worth visiting! Not only is it a great experience to ride in the tiny capsules to the top, but the museum underneath is very educational and entertaining. My kids loved the entire experience. They thought the elevator was a space ship and loved the giant stuffed buffalo in the museum.

Bounce House at Starz Elite

"Great for Birthday Parties!"
The Bounce House is great for birthday parties. I recently attended my nephew's 7th birthday party here and it was a huge success. There were approximately 10 separate "bounce houses" for the children to play in (and adults too). When we were there, several parties were going on, but they did not get in each others way. Each party has its own room for pizza and cake, making it seem more private. All around, this is a great place.

Fort Kid
1050 World's Fair Park,
Knoxville,
Tennessee 37916
"Run down, Closed Most of the Time"
I believe the City of Knoxville recently decided to re-do this playground. It's current condition is very run down, the wood is older and needs to be replaced. If this playground is restored, it is definitely a place that I would take my kids. There is another playground nearby at the World's Fair Park that is an excellent alternative until Fort Kid is refurbished.
