Check out this hidden gem next time you are in Tahoe. Take a hike with your family and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature all around. Do some fishing, biking or picnicking with your family. Simply exploring the surrounding is sure to provide some quality family time. For the adventurous, take a bumpy four wheel off road ride to a more remote location. Have fun!

"Enjoy the California Coast"
Take the windy drive out to enjoy this popular beach. If you are going on a sunny weekend, prepare to deal with crowds and a busy parking lot. You and your family can enjoy all of your favorite beach activities at Stinson...there is something for everyone. There is a grassy picnic and barbecue area adjacent to the beach. Bring your beach gear and a picnic and enjoy some fun in the sun!

Town Park
498 Tamalpais Drive,
Corte Madera,
California 94925
"Free fun for kids of all ages"
Enjoy this spacious park close to downtown and shopping. Bring the little ones to run on the grass and do some climbing on the play structure. This is a good place to have a picnic lunch with your kiddos for some family fun on a dime. Bring a jacket because the winds can pick up quite a bit. If you are looking for a bigger play space near by, check out Piper Park, it is huge!

Disney California Adventure
1313 Harbor Boulevard,
Anaheim,
California 92802
"California Adventure Rocks!"
If you are going on a trip to Disneyland, be sure to plan time for a day at California adventure. This park has a more relaxed atmosphere, and fewer crowds. The rides and attractions are great, this park has a lot to offer for everyone. Right now they are doing a LOT of work and construction, so we were kind of bummed. But, we still had a lot of fund and I am glad we got to enjoy a day in this fun newer theme park
