"A Fun Afternoon For Kids"
I took my 3 year old daughter here and she had a fun time. It was a bit small to me, but there was still a lot to do. The Merry-Go-Round was out of order when we went, which is a bummer because my daughter really wanted to go on it. They have a section with a pretend grocery store you can shop at and work the register, a space area where you can dress up like a NASA worker, a shadow box that is pretty cool, a dress up area where you can perform on stage in your outfits,a building block room, and we found a room where they do crafts with the kids. When we went they were making a solar system mobile out of paper plates and paper. It was a fun few hours.

"Dinner With The Princess'"
My toddler daughter absolutely loved it here! I've been twice so far, one experience way better than the other. I've gone on a Thursday when the park was not crowded, during mid-January. Because there were no crowds, there were only about 5 tables occupied in the restaurant, so my daughter was able to get lots of time with each of the 5 Princess' that you see there. They asked her questions and talked to her for about 5 minutes each. They come out one at a time, a new one coming every 10 minutes or so to start walking around the room in a circle. Except for Ariel, who is at the front of the restaurant who you get to see before you're seated, and she takes a picture with your party. The second time I went, it was very crowded, every table filled, and there was only enough time to snap a quick picture and the Princess was on her way to the next table. A bit of a bummer after the first time I went and got so much more. The food is great though, they bring out a small tower of appetizers for your table to share with things like olives, cheese, jello, carrots, a small salad for 1 person only. Then the food comes next, whichever plate you ordered (I think they have tri-tip, pasta, chicken, and spaghetti), then they bring a plate of desserts such as 2 pieces of fudge, a small lava cake, a white chocolate seashell, 2 raspberries, 2 cookie squares. Kids 2 and under are free. If it's your birthday they bring you a small piece of chocolate cake with a candle on top. It's a pretty neat place to eat if you have a daughter. I'd go again on a not-so-crowded day! Each plate is about $30, kids are $20-$25 I believe. If you have a season pass you get 10-15% off.

"For Teens With Lots of Money."
I took my daughter here when she was 2, for a fun day out of the house. When I got there, I found that you must buy a game card to load with points before playing. Each game took about 300-600 points. Which was about $1.50-$3.00 of money loaded onto the card. Way too much money in my opinion, just for an arcade. Outside I'm sure she would have had a fun time, but she's too little to ride anything just yet. They do have a cute restaurant inside, and they have really cute ice cream creations there, but they're for large groups of at least 10 people, for about $50 for some of the desserts. Maybe for a birthday if you're prepaired to spend a lot of money in the arcade afterwards. There were very few games for a 2 year old, and we only stayed for about 20 mins. I think I'll stick to Chuck E. Cheese next time.

"Delicious Day"
The Strawberry Festival is fun if you live close enough. They have a lot of FOOD! Tons of places to buy food from. Jamba Juice, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Strawberry Funnel cakes, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Strawberry Beer & Wine, Fried Twinkies, Strawberry Nachos, I can go on all day, haha. They also have rides for kids to go on, all free, but with long lines! Tons of people set up their booths to sell everything to henna tattoos to lounging chairs, purses, clothes, pictures, candles, all kinds of things. Most items are expensive though, at least they were to me. It's a fun day to get out of the house and spend the day walking around and snacking :p I'm pretty sure they also have shows to watch, although I didn't want any. (ex. Magic shows, puppet shows, etc.)

"Berry Picking & Halloween"
My family and I have been to Riley's Farm twice. Once we went to pick raspberries/blackberries. There are tons!!! of bees buzzing around the berries. We didn't get stung, but we were also scared to move our feet, haha. You can eat at the restaurant they have there for lunch or dinner too. They also sell pies you can buy and take home, as well as fresh apple cider. The web-site said they have archery, churning butter, and other activities, but we didn't see any of them while there.

The second time we went was for their Halloween special. They have a big pumpkin patch and I read on-line that they do special activities such as churning butter and stuff, but we arrived at 3 or 4pm and everything was closing by then. We came for a dinner & show Halloween special though, which is why we showed up when we did. The wait to get inside seemed like forever. Once finally in we were given a snack of a cut up hot dog in sauce and a small cup of fruit. I suggest you have a good lunch before you come, just because it takes so long to eat. We didn't eat lunch and we were starving! :p They didn't start cooking the food until everyone showed up and signed in. When the food was finally ready we all went in line, table by table to get our food. It was sooo good. You can choose steak or chicken (both are tasty), and it comes with a roll, corn on the cob, baked potato, beans and for dessert (after the first half of the show) is apple pie. The show itself- NOT for kids. I was 20 at the time, and I was BORED. I don't even want to tell you how squirrely my kid was getting. Also, there is so cell phone reception in most areas here, so if you're waiting for someone to meet you there, calling each other might not work out for you. This is a fun place if you have a kid old enough to be patient and who is old enough to do their activities. The only thing my 1 1/2 year old was able to do was the hay ride they gave while waiting to get inside to sit down. My Mom however (39 yrs old), loved it, and is going back this year. Just be sure if you go, you go during the early hours and plan your activities accordingly because certain stations close at certain times, so do those first or you'll miss out on them.
