For starters, they have a strictly enforced "No Refund" policy. If the park closes due to inclement weather conditions, you get a rain-check. They have no exceptions to this policy. We literally paid, walked in and got evacuated within minutes - we never even made it to the park. This happened on the last day the park was open for the remainder of the year. So, they offered us a rain check for the following year. Why did allow us to pay and enter the park minutes before they enforced an evacuation? Their answer: they had no idea they would be closing in a couple of minutes. Right! They refused to give us a refund and that was that! By the way, their "no refund" policy is not posted on their website, nor is it posted at the gate where we had to pay an additional fee of $1.50 per person in the car.
