Parking can be a pain. The beach is pretty good, although crowded at times. The boardwalk is fun to walk up and down, but there aren't too many "kiddie" rides. But it's worth the drive to get the ol' time boardwalk feel. Try the taffy shop. Its pretty fantastic!

I love taking my son to this park. Even though it's next to a busy street and a dog park, their far enough away from each other that you don't even notice. I love the climbing structure and my sons favorite spot is the sand pit with the giant turtle in it. he also like the "train". He loves hiding from me in all the little spots in the play structure. Its a great park for picnics as well! On sundays you can walk the path to a little farmers market :)

Nice beach when you don't want to drive too far. Tends to be dirty sometimes and try to avoid the bathrooms if you can. It's good people watching and watching the surfers is always fun.But its the perfect beach for a day trip. It doesn't get to hot, but warms up just enough in the summer time.

Love this place when its raining out! Great place to take the kids to run around. My 2 yr old loves the little tot area, he can take off his shoes and run around! Some of it may seem a little outdated, but the kids love it. Not to mention the fantastic views when its a clear day out!

Best place hands down to get ice cream. Huge portions, great ice cream, and good food. My kids love going here. The wait can be long, and the place is literally always busy. Parking is hard to come by, but all the hassle of getting there is well worth it when you take your first bite into your ice cream!
