I really love this place. You get to drive around in your car and feed the animals that come up to your window.. If riding in the car is not for you then they have wagon rides that allow you to be out with the animals instead of all closed up. However, really young kids may become scared older kids will really enjoy this experience.

This zoo is s family friendly. It allows children to learn about animals. It is not so smashed together either. My favorite animal to watch is the polar bears because you have different angles in which to watch them. They have signs put up to help people learn more about any of the animals. The tram is just an added benefit that children really like. Not only that it gives tired feet a break when they need it.

My 2 yaer old daughter loves to go and see the butterfly exibit. The toddler play area is also one of the things she enjoys doing. While there she gets to mingle and play with the other kids and have fun. although she doesn't stay still to appreciate it, the aquriaum is my fav.
