"awesome after-ski massages"
we love this hotel, the location is cool and there are tons of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Eldora Ski Resort is only 30min away and the CU Campus is a block away. massage and spa were pure luxury and the Tuscan buffet at Jills is superb. Also check out the Med (Mediterranean) next door, outrageously good tapas and paella, sangria, great crowd. Clearly the best of Boulder here at St. Julien already booked my return for next year spring break.

"awesome ski school"
spent spring break 2010 skiing (boarding) at this fabulous resort just 30 minutes outside of Boulder. Boulder is a beautiful campus town (University of Colorado, Boulder, .Buffalos) The eldora resort has a phenomenal kids ski school program. $79 - $99. per day for all rental gear, lessons, lunch and lift ticket. All of the instructors were professional and cool, my 8 year old daughter Sam was on a lift and coming down the beginner hills before noon, my 10 year old boy Spenser was a first time snowboarder and was technically competent by mid morning also. It was an easy transition for him. Drop them off at 8:45 am. and pick them up at 3:15......a dream.

"great two bedroom condos"
we come here often for the heat......crazy but sometimes when we're sick of fog we come here for the 105+ dry heat. the pools are great and the kid's like the water slides, volleyball net and basketball hoops....so they just stay in the water all day. Spenser and I play golf around dinner time when it cools down to 102, we usually get in 12 - 14 holes....which is plenty. Admit we do love the outlets for shopping.....and the downtown streetfair on Thursday nights. The furniture, bathrooms, fixtures are all high end. We've stayed as long as a week and also for quick weekends.....easy flight, airport is in-and-out.

"Boogie Boarding in Kauai (7 & 10 yr olds)"
This was a great no-fuss trip. United direct SFO to Lihue was smooth; Lihue Airport Car Rental a snap, then 20 minute drive to Poipu on the South coast. Waiohai has great two bedroom condos with huge bathrooms (xl tub) and full kitchens. Beautiful pools with a view of the beach that is steps away. This stretch of beach is just "around the corner" from the super crowed Poipu Beach lagoon with all of the toddlers.....and fairly private. A nice little sand bar/island you can wade out to also. So the beach was pristine, clean and rock/coral free for the kids. The first day we went to Wal-Mart close by and bought boogie boards and fins and the kids both became pretty expert very fast. We three went pretty far out everyday and caught tons of fun waves. There is a grill at the pool but no full restaurant but Roy's and Puka Dog is just across the street. Poipu Bay Golf also across the street and Kiahuna Muni very close too, beautiful. We explored the entire south, east and north of the island, biking, hiking and boggieing for a solid week. Easy peezy United flight back. Highly recommend.

Love the tent bungalows....and the electric blankets! I'll never pitch a tent again. great hiking, my 7 and 10 yr olds loved biking all day too. the hike to the beach is about a mile, easy. wear layers, gets chilly when the fog rolls in. the pancake breakfasts and barbeque were cool so we didn't need to pack a big cooler. Great price, easy and beautiful drive down Hwy 1, only hr out of the City. Totally easy no-fuss camping weekend.
