The weather was perfect and most of the animals were out to view. The only complaint was the parking, we had to walk what seemed like a mile to get to the entrance. Other than that i would definitely recommend a day there. My family and I had fun and will do it again.

Took the whole family there. Located in a very beautiful spot in the Bay Area. There was plenty to do for the little ones. Would definitely recommend this place for a day of fun. Especially if you have little one, there is a full interactive area for toddlers.

A part of a self guided walking tour which I obtained from About.com. A very small place that was very busy. We used this company 10 years ago to make cookies for our wedding and felt they were worth the visit. After seeing it I was surprised when my wife told me she found them online. Stop in to check it out but don't go all the way there if that's your only place to see.

During a visit in China Town we made a quick stop into the Kite shop. A lot of kites but probably not worth visiting unless you are there to see other attractions. We found this place during a self guided walking tour for which we found on About.com.

I took my wife of 10 years there on a day date. The weather was perfect and was not very crowded being it was a Sunday. We parked at the parking garage on Sutter near Grant. There was a very short walk to the main China Town entrance. From there we used a self guided walking tour which I found on About.com, it was easy to follow and the attractions were worth visiting. Definitely would recommend doing it both as a date and with children.
