The Best Kid-friendly Hiking Trails in DC
The Washington DC area boasts numerous hiking trails, many of which are kid-friendly. A kid-friendly trail is defined as one with a natural play area, such as water and rocks for climbing where kids can have free and unstructured play, and an easy, wide trail with little elevation gain.
