Children's Museum of Houston
1500 Binz Street,
"Fun with the Family"
The Children's Museum of Houston ia a fun place, both to be in and to look at. The funky yellow, blue, and pink building, one of the five largest children's museums in the country, is in the heart of the city's museum district. Permanent and traveling exhibits focus on science and technology, environment and history, agriculture and archaeology, culture and art. Many of the displays are interactive and hands-on.

Coral Gables
Lies south of Highway 41 and east of Route 959 (Southwest Fifty-seventh Street),
"Fun with the Family"
Coral Gables is a special place, a respite from the anonymity of city life. One of the
nation’s first planned cities, it was built in Mediterranean Revival style back in the
1920s. It is known for its art galleries, theaters, and fine restaurants. To get a taste of
the town’s Old European flavor, follow the scenic route along Old Cutler Road north
to Riviera Drive, then west on Anastasia Avenue, looping back south along Granada
Boulevard. A bike path follows most of the route. For a more detailed map, call Coral
Gables Development Department (305-460-5311
