We are a travel obsessed, outdoor loving, family of four living in Orange County, CA. I have five year old twins (a boy and a girl) and I try my best to expose them to as many new experiences as possible. We love hiking, beaches, and National Parks but we also enjoy some time by the pool at big resorts. I serve as editor of The Talking Trekaroo, Trekaroo's blog.

Climbing up the side of a mountain to Inspiration Point at Grand Teton National Park with my then two year old twins. It was something nobody thought our children could do and the view fro the top was incredible.
Worst Travel Moment With My Kids:
Forgetting the portable dvd player on the way home from Yosemite National Park after exploring the park all day. Tired and cranky children with no source of entertainment make for a very loud car.

Although we did get to step out of the car, my family was also a road-tripping family as my parents were both afraid of flying. I too was the holder of the map & finder of the hotels. Your blog brought back a lot of fond memories :)

Hi, I wanted to email you about the Superoo trip to Lake Geneva Wisconsin. I would definitely be interested, but I need to know the time frames. For some reason, I never receive emails from you unless they are sent via Trekaroo. I know I missed out in the past because we couldn't connect!

Didn't you write a blog post in the past about Yellowstone...like a not to be missed list or something? Maybe it was another author, but I am trying to find it...any hints??? I saw the one about why everyone should visit but I thought there was another more specific one.
