"Snowed Inn"
We stayed during the December blizzard of 2010. We knew a storm was comming and arrived early on a Friday and was allowed a early check in with zero problems. We stayed with our kid's entire hockey team & families. The staff was very friendly and accomodating for us all. We had a game on Sunday in the morning. We were allowed a late check out which helped a lot. The kids got the extra rest and we were not rushed to get out. Not only did the late checkout help in that department, we stayed a few hours to enjoy the pool while it gave extra time for the snowy icy roads to be cleared for a safer trip home. The breakfasts were very good too. Thanks!

"Go somewhere else!"
It took 45 minutes to check in. We didn't get our wake up call on the 2nd night. They do not have extended check out times, which every hotel we have ever stayed in does on Sundays. Which makes for a difficult morning when you are in town for a kid sports tournament. Especially when you don't have enough time because they didn't give you your wake up call. There is not enough on site parking. I had to park 2 blocks away. My daughter and her friend were pushed outside a locked door by some unfriendly teens who were not guests there. Show that it is unsafe for children! Worst hotel experience ever! Should have their place shut down!
