Comfort Suites Oklahoma City
4220 I 40 West Service Rd,
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
It had a good breakfast area with plenty of food. Easy access to the rooms with multiple doors to the outside. Staff was very responsive if you needed anything at all. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Easy access to the freeway to just stop for a night if you need to. Very family friendly and nice atmosphere.

The Baronette Renaissance Detroit-Novi Hotel
27790 Novi Rd,
Novi, Michigan
This hotel is a boutique style hotel and not really for kids. It is very nice and you pay the price but it is more geared for adults or teens. The restaurant is pricey but so is the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is very clean but the set up is kind of funky. It is a rectangle, so when you get off the elevator you have to walk around and around to get to your room, fairly odd. Great place for parents to get away but would not recommend it for kids.

Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk
400 Beach Street,
Santa Cruz,
California 95060
Great for a day or two at the beach with the kids. The boardwalk is interesting with the usual stuff, rides, food, games and such but the kids will like the water and sand. People are generally friendly but some are just downright weird so keep a close eye on your little ones. It is an interesting place with lots to do for everyone.

The trees are absolutely awesome! If you and your kids like to hike and walk than this is the place. Wonderful trails and fantastic scenery. The trees are amazing!! Kids will like the trees, wildlife and just being outdoors and walking on the beautiful trails. This is a great way to spend an afternoon!

"Planes are great....planetarium not so much"
The planes at the museum are very cool. No matter what your age, you will be awe of some of these machines. The planetarium is not all that great. It is small and the screen is not the best quality and the movie we saw was somewhat boring BUT the planes are worth the drive to see and explore.
