"So Much to See... Always Updating"
We have visited the Henry Doorly Zoo a handful of times over the past few years, and we are never disappointed. My daughter loves the penguin exhibit! There are many winding hills and trails to follow, and you could easily spend a day there and not see it all. The newer skylift that carriers visitors over the zoo is really neat. Lots of places to stop and grab a bite to eat or drink. It seems like they are constantly trying to improve with new exhibits and attractions!

"Lots to See and Do"
We love this museum! From the giant dinosaurs greeting you as you enter, to the friendly 'growling' lion near the end of your trip where you can feed him some money, there is much to see and check out. We also love the gift shop, tons to explore, and my daughter's lovey came from there! The museum is easy to find, and plenty of parking is available. A great, open area for a family to explore, located not far from downtown or other attractions like the Denver Zoo.

"Expensive but Worth It"
This is a GREAT Children's Museum! There are many exhibits to explore, all very hands-on like a museum for kiddos should be. The neat thing about this museum is that much of the first floor is dedicated to younger children, with activities geared for them. The rest of the building has everything from a grocery store for shopping, to a firetruck to a newstation. I grew up in Denver but have since left, and I always smile while we pass it driving through downtown on I-25 :)

"Great Entertainment, Terrible Food"
The first thing you need to know about Casa Bonita is that the food is bad. I mean really, really bad. People are not drawn to this family favorite for excellent dining. They go for the awesome entertainment and ambiance! From the cliff divers to the pinata breaking, it's a great time for kids of all ages. There is plenty to see and is worth the few bucks you spend on a lousy meal. When people find out I grew up in Denver, it never fails, someone almost always mentions Casa Bonita!

"Plenty of Kid-Friendly options!"
This is a nice place to stop by, located at the Village Point shopping center. The prices are reasonable, and the food is down-home and comforting. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. My favorite aspect of Mimi's is that children's menu, which has many options for both a main entree, as well as sides. Each item is listed with how many calories it contains, and there are many healthy choices, especially for sides, such as fruit and veggies.
