Farmers Market is in Avila Beach every Friday evening. They have food booths, produce, and entertainment. They usually have a bounce house for the kids and it is right next to the beach so there are 2 playgrounds. It is usually pretty crowded but so much fun.

I have taken my 18 month old to the Kid's Cut Hut 3 times so far. It is so great because they have a car for him to sit in, they put a dvd on and they entertain him while he is getting his haircut. They also scissor cut which is great because the clippers scare him.

The Bob Jones City to the Sea trail it so amazing. It is a paved trail so it accomadates all forms of exercise. You can push a stroller, go for a bike ride, run, walk, skateboard... There is a playground part of the way down that is technically part of the condos near by but everyone uses it since it is on the main trail. There is a lot of shade which is nice because it can get pretty warm during the summer. the scenery is unbeatable, going from the forest to the golf course to the beach.

We love Cannery Row. We like to drive up for the day, have lunch at Bubba Gumps, go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, go shopping and then get Ghirradeli Ice Cream. the shops are pretty cute and there are lots of pirate stores which the kids love. It is an amazing little place that is worth the trip.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium is such an amazing aquarium. It has indoor and outdoor exhibits. I love that it is right at Cannery Row. We like to walk around Cannery Row and get ice cream at Ghirradelli's afterwards. The aquarium has a great Childrens area where they can play and get energy out. They also have a huge kids part of the aquarium. Must see.
