The Chess Set in Crocker Park is amazing. It's life size, so the kids can move around. Bring a group! My step son didnt complain I was shopping because he got to climb all over things and eat Annie Annes and 5 Guys. Crocker Park is very upscale, and outdoor, like a west coast mall. I would compare it to the malls of San Diego. Urban Outfitters for Mom, Dicks for Dad, and tons of pretty things to crawl on, look at, and play with for the kids.

I love this place. Its great for kids young and old, and for families.
Events run about $5 each, or you can by an all day pass from around $20. It's worth the price for all the things there are to do. You could easily spend an entire day here. We've been taking my son here for 4 years, and every year they make more and more improvements.

There are alot of very diverse, high end gift shops. I always plan to shop them on the way out for things I would want in my home. Best of all, is the Aquarium. It makes a difference for all of us that no longer have a Sea World.

I love this Zoo. There is plenty of parking. The animal displays are close together, so you don't have to walk a million miles between seeing animals. The Polar Bear exhibit is awesome. You can walk through a building, and see the polar bears swimming. It's a fantastic, clean, family friendly zoo.
