Favorite Vacation Memory
Picnic & exploring at Giant's Causeway with my husb, kids. My sister and her kids and my mom - beautiful! Not a complaint just a lovely day.
Worst Travel Moment With My Kids:
Finding out my flight back to boston from phila delayed again after over 4 hours hanging out w/ kids at the "play port" (airport's indoor playground) for the 2nd day in a row! Having to grab a cab w/ kids & luggage in tow to go back to my parents (thank god!) Third day we got back to boston. --It felt good to have my parents welcoming us back each time and my mom having made extra dinner felt good for another home cooked meal by mom....THAT I was SO THANKFUL for. That was the best.

Our second visit to CoCo Key.

My sons & I visited the resort last August. My sister &
her son were visiting from overseas this February.
Had a blast both times.

The resort day pass was $32.00 per person. We were given the option of the pass for $22.00 as the 'lazy river' attraction was not expected to open until 4pm (opened at 2pm). The other option was to pay $32.00 and get complimentary lunch tickets. We purchased the $22.00 pass as we planned on heading out for salad & sandwiches anyway. No outside food/drink permitted. The lunch offerings on site could be expanded & much healthier. Overpriced pizza, hot dogs, fries. You have been warned!

We all had a nice time. Clean, pleasant facility. Helpful, friendly staff. Lifeguards alert & ready etc. Lockers available for a fee & roomy family bathrooms.

There is an indoor/outdoor jacuzzi. Outdoor available in the warmer months, naturally.

This is a great option for winter family vacations.

The resort is attached to a Marriott. There is numerous dining, shopping options nearby.

Give it a try! Have fun!

Hello, been awhile since I've posted/reviewed.
My sons (6 & 11 y/o) and I had a lot of fun here. Value tidbit: On Sundays, arrive before 12 noon and you 'pay as you wish' which was very nice. We all learned something.. slinky exhibit... was surprisingly cool.. interesting. My eldest is interested in WW II and history in general..my youngest loved the scuba/submarine area. Could not believe we were there nearly 3 hrs! Checked out the cute trinket/souvenir shop- escaped w/ little damage to my purse ;) Then took a walk around the waterfront..lovely day. Bonus: India's Independence Day was being celebrated here and the aroma of Indian food enticed to stay just a bit longer... scrumptious! Lovely wares /clothing on display for sale and all the while there was a lively show performing on stage!
Overall: I would go back again. I would go on Sun before 12 noon for sure..otherwise the entrance for the three of us would have been $27.00 P.S. The gentleman at the shipbuilding area was very patient and allowed some of the models to be gently touched/ viewed closely. My sons and other children asked some great questions and he couldn't have been nicer.
Give it a try! Have fun!

The kitchen with all the cockroaches was a big attraction.. also they loved petting the bugs (can get crowded-BELIEVE IT!) bring quarters for the meter parking on Frankford Ave...we spent 2-3 hrs. I was amazed w/ their collection of insects from other countries! WOW.
