"Pretty cool museum"
Science. Is. Awesome.

I've been to a few science museums in my life, but this was the first time I'd been to the Exploratorium (after living here for six years, blasphemous, I know). The Exploratorium was a bit different from what I was used to, with its open warehouse setup and smaller size.

Many of the exhibits seem on the older side, but still educational and serviceable. They do have a notable piece of new technology, though - a high-speed camera. You can set the delay speed after a drip of water and take a super high-res picture of the splash!

"Well worth it!"
Ticket prices are steep ($25) and combined with parking prices, I only visit once in awhile. i would recommend going to Nightlife (if you are going without Children) because the tickets are for $12 instead of $25. Although you cannot go to the Rainforest Section or watch the Planetarium show, its a great glimpse of what the museum has to offer and you get to see the whole place in a different light.

"Don't go."
i wish I could put negative stars here. Just came back from this horrendous boat trip to the Farallon Island. Almost all of the passengers were sick within an hour. The so called Naturalist did not do a squat about explaining the whales. The boat was rocking all the time with water splashing and wind blowing on us. No one was interested in the whales when we reached as we were wishing to land somewhere.

We wished we did not go and were relieved when we finally reached back. They don't provide any water or other service except lame jokes. This is a scam business and stay away!!

I have been to other whale watching tours and this is by far the worst.
