Rockefeller Center
30 Rockefeller Plaza,
New York (Manhattan),
New York
Rockefeller Center is the spot to go ice skating in the winter. Yes, it's pricey but the experience is unique. 50 or so flags surround you from countries around the world. When your done, you can go underground below Rockefellar Center for dozens of stores and restaurants. Grab some hot coffee and cocoa for the kids and head on over to NBC studios nearby. Then take a stroll down 5th avenue to see all the Ritzy stores. If you go to Rockefellar Center in the early morning hours (6 or 7 am), then you might be lucky enough to be on tv for Good Morning America show. You also might be lucky enough to spot an actor or actress.

Gaslamp Quarter
410 Island Avenue,
San Diego,
California 92101
We stayed in a great hotel in the Gaslamp District. We had such a great time. I loved the farmers market. My son loved watching all the big city trucks and cars from our big picture window in our hotel room. The restaurants were fabulous. There was also a nice outdoor concert one evening which was great. I would definitely com back again.

Downtown Disney Area
1590 East Buena Vista Drive ,
Lake Buena Vista,
Florida 32830
I was here with my husband about 8 years ago when we were dating. There were lots of clubs and bars from what I could remember. Great nightlife, not very famiy friendly for the kids. Bars close late at night. Great fireworks display on the weekend at night as well.

SeaWorld Orlando
7007 SeaWorld Drive,
Orlando,
Florida 32821
I went here many years ago when I was dating my husband. This was such a great show with the dolphins. Be prepared to get wet if you sit in the first couple of rows. But that will be refreshing in the hot Florida sun. The dolphins were just so cute and the trainerscare so talented. Great show.

Times Square
1560 Broadway,
New York (Manhattan),
New York 10036
I grew up in NY. I have seen Times Square undergo major changesvover the years. Today it's a very safe, visually stimulating couple od city streets. It's right next to broadway theater district. Home of NYPD. The billboards are huge usually spanning 20 or 30 feet high each with light galore. There is always someone performing on the streets. It's a fun experience not to be missed if you visit NY.
