Broadway at the Beach
Broadway at the beach,
Myrtle Beach,
South Carolina
I love walking here because it has so many things to do and shop for. We rode the Boat across the water for just a $1 a piece for all day. The kids loved to drive the small boats they have and all of the rides are fun too. They have Magiquest which is so fun!! We went to the Disney store and got great deals on shoes and clothes. Make sure to carry a drink and snacks because it is a very long walk throught that place when its hot outside.

CARAVELLE RESORT
6900 North Atlantic Boulevard,
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
We went for 2 nights and it was so fun!! They just remodeled the hotel and the rooms are fabulous. They have a nice Kids pool area outside. Which is very fun for the kids. They also have a kiddie pool and a lazy river and a bigger pool and a pool inside on the 7th floor. The hotel staff were very friendly. The resort is located close to the northern side of Myrtle Beach so its quiet and not so busy like the strip. You park in a parking deck that is not far from your room. It was nice not to have to walk so long to the room with all of our stuff.

NC Zoo
4401 Zoo Parkway ,
Asheboro,
North Carolina 27205
I took the Family to Asheboro Zoo a few months back and it was nice. It has two different continents as you explore 500 acres of exhibits carefully constructed to resemble natural habitats. Walk from Africa’s grasslands to North America’s Arctic coast. The prices weren't bad at all and they have a HUGE playarea for the kids while you eat and relax from all the walking you did. Parking is free and they have a nice picnic area for you to eat if you do not want to worry about buying food inside. They let you back in the park with your reciept. They do offer stroller rentals. They also have a shuttle for both sides to toake you back to the entrance you came. Heres the webiste. Check it out. http://www.nczoo.org/index.cfm
